ANother New Pen Case Almost Finished

One of the things about using some nice fountain pens is that you need a safe place to keep them- especially when you use them a lot. I posted about one pen case I made not too long ago that was free motion machine quilted. This time I decided that I would try using regular embroidery thread. I started this last month and am just now getting around to finishing it up. It will hold 2 full sized fountain pens. I will add a covered elastic to the back that will fit around my Moleskine journal. I generally like to carry the fountain me I use for journaling, a contrast color pen and a doodling pen ... the doodle pen is skinny - so it might fit in this one too. We'll see. I have so many felting projects that I want to get starte on or finish up ... I wish I was someone who could do without sleep! Especially on a work night - that would be great !Have a great day and thanks for looking !

Beautiful and a great idea! I carry my Moleskine journal around in my purse --- and it would be much better protected if I made a carrying bag. Your work is beautiful, Marie. The creative ideas keep flowing from you --- I enjoy the way you think creatively. Very much!

Enjoy a beautiful day! It's a pleasant Indian Summer day here --- just perfect.
