One of Sharon Boggins exercises for the Journaling class is paper cutting. Suffice it to say that I never got to enjoy learning about these simple pleasures when I was younger - so I am really enjoying them now! Since doing these few paper cuts I have nearly filled a folder with them - and have been having so much fun !Now, however, I wish I could take a real class in the fine art of Scherenschnitte .. surely tere must be one on the web somewhere!

you're doing it again...introducing me to something i've not hear of...i had to go look up the word scherenschnitte (boy that would be cool to build up in a scrabble game)
I would not say yours are simple cuttings :-) They are beautiful and I'm sure you have fun.
These are super. Mine are much simplier, but it is a fun way to design.
Oh gosh, what a great project and way to "art". LOL. Love these as I love working with paper.
